We want you to love your new organic sleep experience, which is why we offer a 365-day sleep trial on our mattresses and a 100-night trial on bedding. If you aren't completely satisfied, we will work with you to coordinate a return or exchange for a full refund.

Verification & Approval
Provide photos of your mattress or bedding to confirm it is in a donor-ready condition, free of any stains, tears, or structural damage.
Simplified Pickup
For mattresses and furniture, we will coordinate a professional pickup through a local charity partner or recycling service at no additional cost to you.
Receive Your Refund
Once the pickup is confirmed or the return shipment is received at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
